So, originally we were supposed to have our wedding 11/27/2020. But, due to the pandemic, we cancelled and moved the date to 11/26/2021. And then AGAIN!, we changed our date to 7/10/2021.
We originally signed up for the DJ service and videography.
Throughout the whole process, this company has been so good to us. They worked with us in the initial agreement and gave us a bonus because my spouse is in the military (USCG).
When I reached out to change the date, I didn’t have to beg or stress out whether they would work with me. They changed it the same day.
A month later, my spouse and I just decided to cancel and have a “wedding announcement” in my parents backyard.
Again, this company, worked with us within 24 hours and we made another agreement to change the date and the services.
This company has been so so so flexible and so understanding to everything going on and I believe even if we didn’t have a pandemic, they still would.
This was a NO STRESS company and I would HIGHLY recommend them.
